Retreat Terms & Conditions

(Applicable to all retreats hosted by Ekam Agonda / affiliated brands)

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon payment of a deposit (₹3,000 or as specified per retreat).

The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation without refund of the deposit.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit Refund Policy:

• 100% refund of deposit – if cancelled 60+ days before retreat start date
• 50% refund of deposit – if cancelled 30–59 days before retreat start date
• 0% refund – if cancelled within 0–29 days before retreat start date

Full Payment Policy:

• The entire retreat amount becomes non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat start date.
• The same refund structure applicable to the deposit will apply to the total amount paid, where applicable.
• If full payment is made in advance:
• Refunds (excluding deposit rules) are applicable only if cancelled before 30 days
• No refunds within 30 days of retreat start date

No Refund Scenarios:

• No-shows
• Early departures
• Unused services, meals, or sessions

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions:

• Accommodation (as per selected package)
• Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Pre-decided juices, herbal teas, and beverages
• Scheduled retreat sessions & activities
• Airport pick-up and drop

Exclusions:

• Flights, visas, travel insurance
• Personal expenses
• Additional therapies or spa treatments (unless specified)
• Any food/beverages outside the curated menu
• Local transport beyond airport transfers

4. Meals & Dietary Policy

Only the pre-curated menu, juices, and beverages will be served during the retreat.

While the retreat may support general dietary categories (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), custom meal requests are not guaranteed.

Any special requests, customizations, or additional orders will be charged separately.

The retreat does not accommodate last-minute dietary changes.

5. Travel & Transportation

The organizers will provide airport pick-up and drop only at designated timings.

Any other travel (local transport, sightseeing, personal movement) is not included and not managed by the organizers.

Participants are fully responsible for their own travel logistics outside of the provided transfers.

6. Accommodation

Rooms will be allocated based on availability and package selection.

Requests for specific rooms are not guaranteed.

Any damage to property or facilities will be charged to the participant.

7. Retreat Participation & Health

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to attend.

Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance.

Participation in all activities is voluntary.

The organizers are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or discomfort experienced during the retreat.

8. Code of Conduct

This is a safe, respectful, and mindful space.

Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward others, facilitators, staff, and the environment.

Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

9. Program & Schedule

The retreat schedule is subject to change due to weather, facilitator availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Not all activities are mandatory; participants may choose their level of engagement.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers are not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Third-party services

Participation is at the individual’s own risk and responsibility.

11. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), the retreat may be:

• Rescheduled, or
• Converted into a credit for future use

Refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of the organizers.

12. Media Consent

Photos/videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and documentation.

By attending, participants consent to being featured, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.

13. Personal Responsibility

• Travel documents, visas, and insurance
• Personal expenses
• Adherence to local laws and property guidelines

14. Agreement

By booking or attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Ekam Agonda reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
