About the Retreat

Parivartan is a 10-day structured immersion designed for those who have arrived at the point where genuine restoration requires more than a holiday. A space to slow, recalibrate, and return to themselves in a deeply supported way.

Rooted in परिवर्तन (transformation through turning inward), this experience is not a programme — it is a process. Over ten days, the structure itself does much of the work, removing the decision fatigue that keeps high-functioning minds from ever truly settling.

Through daily movement and meditation, extended silence, sattvic nourishment (सात्विक आहार), ocean immersion, and guided reflection, the immersion unfolds in three movements.
